A 112 m² wet area for a 40-room resort — sauna, hammam, whirlpool and plunge, installed in phases around an operating hotel.

Challenge

The resort could not close. Every trade had to work inside a low-occupancy window, and the plant room was on the far side of a guest corridor.

Concept

We split the facility into three commissioning zones so each could open as it finished, and routed all services through a single riser rather than crossing the corridor four times.

Systems

A twelve-person commercial sauna, a hammam with a heated stone bench, a five-seat whirlpool and a plunge — all on a single treatment skid sized for continuous duty.

Execution

Sixteen weeks, phased. Noisy work ran between 10:00 and 16:00 only. The sauna zone opened to guests in week nine, which paid for part of the programme while the rest was still under construction.

Result

A facility the resort books as an experience rather than an amenity, and a treatment skid that has held water quality through a full season without a cartridge failure.
