The engineering question is throughput. Forty users through a plunge in a day is a chiller decision; back-to-back sauna sessions is a duty-cycle decision. Both are sized from your peak hour, not your average.
We design the sequence — heat, cold, shower — so the room works as a circuit rather than three separate machines.
