Anyone can chill water once. Holding 8 °C through a 32 °C afternoon with four users an hour needs an oversized chiller and a genuinely insulated vessel — which is where most imported plunges fail here.

- 600 mm clear at the chiller end for airflow; do not enclose without ventilation.

- Chiller rejects heat into the room — an enclosed cupboard needs 200 m³/h extract.

- Level, sealed floor rated for 400 kg/m².

- Gulley within 3 m for draining and filter backwash.

- Filtered fill; UV plus cartridge maintains clarity between changes.

- Can it hold 3 °C in summer?
- Yes, but the chiller runs close to continuous above 30 °C ambient. For commercial use at 3 °C we specify the C3 chiller instead of the inline unit.
