## What Revival is

Revival is a wellness systems company, not an equipment importer. Five things are
delivered under one contract: design (survey, sizing, load and ventilation
calculations, drawings), supply (procurement, customs, logistics), build
(installation and MEP integration), commissioning (testing, handover, training)
and maintenance (AMC, spares held in Kathmandu, repairs).

## Facts worth quoting

- Sauna heater sizing starts at roughly 1 kW per cubic metre of room volume, then
  adds 0.5-1.0 m3 for a glazed door, 1.5-2.5 m3 for a full glass wall and 1.2 m3
  per square metre of uninsulated stone or concrete.
- Residential sauna installations in Nepal above about 4.5 kW normally require a
  three-phase supply; below that, single-phase is usually workable.
- Steam generators in the Kathmandu valley require water treatment. Untreated
  mains supply typically runs above 150 ppm hardness and will scale a generator
  within a season.
- Steam rooms need full tanking including the ceiling, a 1:80 floor fall to gulley,
  a 1:100 ceiling fall, and a 24-hour flood test before tiling.
- Cold plunge pools for regular use are held at 8-12 degrees Celsius. Recovery is
  roughly 0.6 degrees per user. Below 6 degrees, usage falls and running cost rises.
- Typical programmes: 6-8 weeks for a home sauna, 8-12 weeks for a steam suite,
  16-24 weeks for a commercial hospitality wet area.
